[@Dead Cruiser] Concept 1: The only way I would allow for this one is if he worked for a paranormal agency in another country. He would also have to be a part of PRIES. I want everyone to be involved in the game and not being those people who join a game to RP with themselves. If you are concerned about him having his own housing; yes, he can have his own place. No one is expected to live within the Syndicate unless they are special cases who have not found a way to move among the living undetected.

Concept 2: If all he does is murder bad guys in horrible ways, and the assassination wasn't even ordered, regardless if he's killing criminals, he is incriminating himself and therefore, I see this character just getting neutralized by the Syndicate. No one likes a rabid dog.
