She knows how to properly arm-bar but executing said arm-bar is a whole different story, she's physically weak and easily winded. Not actually walking has had a negative effect.

Hmm...I saw the elevated brain activity branching off into telekinesis but it's a problem i'll lose one... I do like the tragic future waiting for Bell with her rapid learning so I'll probably keep that.
