[/quote]That'd be impossible. Most game would be just me writing NPC actions. Either each player controls entire factions composed of many nations at once or we actually get enough players to do this game proper.
As for the Ottomans, you can use the NS guide I wrote to make their sheet for this game.
But yeah, if there aren't enough players the only solution would be if everyone controls far more than just a single nation.
If you don't like that just hope it won't happen. I also wish to get a more decent number of people to play with.
