Excellent. This is what I call a variety, we need characters who aren't just powers and I'm not saying our friends here are that. I would like to see her flesh out in the IC before I even give a full analysis and review. With the Father being part of the USA military, I would love to see a character arc. I would make it a gag that everyone knows and loves messbrain the author and doesn't know THAT BELL WROTES EM!' and is messbrain.

Good enough to place it at level 4. Though I personally see it stronger than your level average for a 4. I have no problems with. Be sure to tell me and Suku or even Crimmy to what she can do fully. Why? Cuz Crimmy is one of the smartest person when it comes to Raildex.

Nobody should spam a level 4 right now. I am forbidding upcoming CSs that is a level 4 Esper. We need progress not instant noodles to reach a certain level.
