Character is accepted, except perhaps his last name. It's not very Imperial sounding to me. There are also some grammar and spelling mistakes dotted around, but they're easily missed with the amount of bio I know you've written. Go through it, clean it up, stick it all in a hider and put him in the character tab. Nicely done - can't wait to see Albert in action.
