Once Maggie had silently walked through the doorway, Nate clicked on his flashlight and flipped the light switch off for the junk room, as he had decided to dub it. The bright beam of his flashlight danced over the walls with the action. Managing to plant himself firmly back on his feet, he raised an eyebrow at her comments. “Well, Sassafras,” he began amiably, “[i]I[/i] was heading to Fred’s room. Figured it’d be the last place he’d have been. Unless you know of a room with a larger mirror, of course,” he added with a lopsided smile.
