That almost sounds like Ranma 1/2 (though they do actually like each other deep down), minus the gang wars.

Anyway, I'm heading off for tonight -- need some rest. It's my birthday tomorrow (November 17) and I'll be out for a portion of the evening but otherwise will still be around as per usual.
