I can see how applying might be useful, but I feel like we'd need to know a whole lot more about the world in which the RP takes place in order to make CS' specifically [i]for[/i] it, and that could cause a whole lot more stress for everyone involved than is necessary. I don't personally have an issue with the 'first come, first serve' that is currently in effect, but if some sort of form was created, it would make more sense for players to send examples of their posts and CS' from other RPs rather than having them work on something entirely new. Just my two cents, though.
