First, yes, you're allowed to move her to the character tab and post IC.

Second, no, relationship sheets are just for fun and to help people get in the mindset of their characters. Players just did that on their own and others thought it was cool as fuck, so yeah, feel free to compose one at your leisure. I like reading them, too.

Last, consider your post in the character tab to be a personal space for your character's thoughts/notes/journals, etc. Feel free to link to an outside Google Doc or something of thoughts, or just make extra hiders for misc. notes. I like stalking the character tab in my downtime and enjoy getting to know the teenage abominations you've all created.
