Does this mean Superman doesn't exist in this reality at all?
Or he doesn't exist until a player introduces him? Or that he's an NPC that may or may not be introduced later?

How far are we able to go with tweaks to canon characters?
Are you OK with ethnic swaps? Gender swaps? Religious conversions? Places of birth/origin differing?
