Juana Perez
-Central City - Organization HQ-
Bounsweet waggled its calyx, a little sensitive since it's in Bounsweet nature to fear larger Pokémon. Of course those wild instincts have been dulled by Juana's protection, but the vestiges were still there. "Rides? That's neat! I've heard that Skiddo run exceptionally quickly," Juana remarked, emphasizing how quickly Skiddo ran with an "OK" gesture. "Your grandparents sound pretty cool. The only Pokémon I really lived around, besides whatever Patrats or Yungooses crawled around for scraps of leftover confectionery, were my parents' Raticate and Slurpuff. Actually, the family Raticate's an Alolan variant, and it really helps keep the quality of the candies my family makes high. Meanwhile, our Slurpuff's sense of smell helps us find the best-quality materials to do what we do best. Also, he's a real friendly one; when I'd come home he'd lick me until I was covered in powdered sugar and meringue!" Juana laughed. Bounsweet thumped Juana's leg. "Oh, of course, and there's you, pequeña," Juana said, picking up Bounsweet and hugging it. "She was my favorite visitor, of course. I had to keep the bird Pokémon from pecking her away!" Juana turned back to Tora. "Anyways, my parents and I felt that a cooped-up classroom environment wasn't good for a kid like me who likes to wander and explore. So I'm gonna learn about the world on a Pokémon journey instead! Oh, here we are." Indeed, they reached the Organization HQ. Juana tapped her index finger upon being asked which Organization she would like to join. "Well, I did say I was leaning Helping Hand. We Trainers gotta have each others backs, right?" Juana said, before striding into the building. "C'mon, Tora!" she called. Juana walked in, and made a beeline for the receptionist. "Hello; welcome to the Pokémon Organization Central City headquarters. Are you interested in joining an organization?" "You bet I am," Juana replied, leaning on the counter and kicking one leg crossed over the other in a suave fashion. Bounsweet chirped in assent. "Alright, can I have your name, please?" "Juana Perez," Juana replied, flourishing her last name. "Perez, huh? Aren't you the daughter of the local candymakers?" the receptionist asked. "Yeah, that's right." The receptionist nodded and wrote Juana's name down. "Can I have your birth date?" Juana divulged that information as well. "And what organization will you be joining today?" the receptionist continued. "Helping Hand Guild, if you will," Juana replied. "Helping Hand, huh? There are a lot of Trainers in that Organization," the receptionist remarked. "Great! I love people!" "Now I just need to have a look at your Pokédex..." the receptionist said. "Okie-dokie," Juana said, whipping out her device and placing it gingerly on the counter. The receptionist pulled up a complex-looking QR code on her computer screen, and edited a setting on Juana's Pokédex. She used the camera on the dex to photograph the QR code; it registered with a satisfying BEEP. "Alright, you should be all set! Welcome to the Helping Hand Guild," the receptionist said, giving the Pokédex back to Juana. "Gracias," Juana thanked, pocketing the Dex. She pumped her fist. "Alright, Bounsweet, we're on our steps to getting to know just what this region has to offer, eh?" Bounsweet squeaked in happy agreement. Juana strode back over to Tora. "'Kay, amiga, it's your turn," Juana said, making an exaggerated bow and gesturing towards the receptionist.

-Juana joined the Helping Hand Guild.
