Organic Webbing Generation: Richard's mutation seemed to be stronger than his grandfather's. They don't know if it's because it skipped a generation with him or if he's a mutant and his x-gene enhanced the Spider abilities within him. Richard is able to generate his own webs from his wrist. He doesn't need to press down on it but does it most of the time just because he feels like it.
Wall-Crawling: As it goes Richard can do whatever a spider can and that includes climbing walls. Though this power isn't just limited to climbing walls. It allows him to stick onto mostly anything. He's the current champion at Keep Away. Richard blames his strengthened mutation for this but sometimes he's unable to control this and he'd touch something and randomly stick to it in most of the time a comedic way. The accidental sticking fortunately doesn't work on organic beings so he fortunately hasn't ripped someone's skin off on accident. Though he could do it on purpose if need be.
Super Strength: Due to having his powers since he was very young Richard's strength exceeds his grandfather's at his age and he's not even in his prime yet. He's worked to increase his strength by physical weight training because he knew there'd come times when he'd need to be stronger to take down an enemy or save people. He has to however hold back usually severely against weaker enemies and sometimes in moments of excitement his strength gets the better of him.
Superhuman Speed: Richard is capable of running and moving at speeds that are far beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Superhuman Stamina: Richard's advanced musculature produces less fatigue toxins during physical activity than an ordinary human. This allows him to exert himself physically for much longer periods of time before fatigue begins to impair him.
Superhuman Durability: Richard's body is physically tougher and more resistant to some types of injury than the body of a normal human. His body is more resistant to impact forces than anything else. He can withstand great impacts, such as falling from a height of several stories or being struck by an opponent with super strength, that would severely injure or kill a normal human with little to no discomfort.
Superhuman Agility: Richard's agility, balance, and bodily coordination are all enhanced to levels that are far beyond the natural physical limits of the finest human athlete.
Healing Factor: Richard has a low-level rapid healing factor. While not on the same level as a mutant with regeneration capabilities, it is sufficiently powerful enough to recover from severe injuries from broken bones and large amounts of tissue damage in a matter of hours.
Contaminant Immunity: Due to his accelerated metabolism, Richard has a higher tolerance for drugs and diseases than normal humans, and he can recover from the effects of larger doses rapidly. This fortunately or unfortunately(depending on who you ask) doesn't affect the effects of cannabis and alcohol on him. So he's still able to have a fun time.
Superhuman Equilibrium: Richard possesses the ability to achieve a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. He seems able to adjust his position by instinct, which enables him to balance himself on virtually any object, no matter how small or narrow.
Superhuman Reflexes: Richard's reflexes are similarly enhanced and are currently about forty times greater than those of an ordinary human. In combination with his spider-sense, the speed of his reflexes allows him to dodge almost any attack, or even gunfire, given sufficient distance.
Spider-Sense: Richard possesses an extrasensory "danger" or "spider" sense which warns him of potential immediate danger by the manifestation of a tingling sensation in the back of his skull, and links with his superhuman kinesthetics, enabling him to evade most any injuries, unless he cognitively overrides his automatic reflexes. Sometimes his Spider-Sense goes off when there's no danger around and it causes him to sometimes second guess it which could prove a danger to himself. With enough training he'll be able to use his spider-sense to track certain radio frequencies like his grandfather could.
Genius Level Intellect: Richard inherited more than his powers from his grandfather. He also inherited his brain. He's a certified genius and has shown to have his IQ increasing more and more as he gets older. It's unsure of how smart he'll come to be.
Skilled Combatant: Richard was taught the Way of the Spider by both his father and grandfather. And although his father never inherited the powers he was still taught how to defend himself like a spider. It didn't take Richard long to master and put his own spin into the style. He however has not mastered any other forms of martial arts. He was told to learn them on his own so that he could grow into his own person. He has learned to fight more since joining the Academy but hasn't mastered another form.

Bio: Life for a rich boy with weird powers? Never easy. Richard's story begins when he was born about a year before New Hydra stepped on the scene. Instead of cutting off the serpent's head why doesn't anyone step on it with a giant shoe? Anyway. Richard was born to Ben "Benjy" Parker and his wife. He was named after his great grandfather. Ben didn't inherit his father's powers but his son did. If anyone asked he'd say that he didn't really want them to begin with. Richard's powers started to develop at the age of four. Even then they could tell that his powers were innately stronger than his grandfather's. Because of this they had a suspicion that he was also born a mutant with the added mutate from the radioactive spider bite passed down to him. They decided not to confirm their suspicions due to New Hydra's campaign against mutants. They felt it better to not know than to put him in even more jeopardy by finding out.

Time went on and Richard progressed further in his learning and in his powers. His development was exceeding what they had imagined for him. At age eleven he mastered the Way of the Spider and decided to crawl around the city testing his powers as a low level street vigilante named Agent Spider. He wasn't big on getting in the lime light quite yet. His first month was bad. Even with his training he had trouble and once his father found out what he was doing he asked Mayday to watch over Richard and have him as her sidekick. Working with his aunt made things easier for him but it also helped him learn a lot about what it was meant to be a hero. When he first started working alongside her he was given a necklace with a spider emblem. All he had to do was press the emblem and it formed into his costume. Way easier than hiding it in a backpack or under his clothes.

When he was twelve Tony Stark approached him with an offer to join his Academy for up and coming young heroes. Richard didn't hesitate at the offer. There wasn't much regular school could teach him and the thought of learning at the school Tony created was what really intrigued him. The things he could learn and create while studying there was his selling point. He joined the school and it didn't take long for him to become one of the best students there. Even if he didn't always show up to class. During the times school was out he went home to New York to websling with his aunt again and help her out. Each time he came back she always talked about how much he progressed since the last time.

This is now his second year in the Next Avengers program though he took a small leave of absence to help Miles train Ben Poole while also receiving training there himself. He didn't want to get rusty and let the Junior Captain think he was better than him. It didn't take long and he rejoined the school when Tony invited Ben to the school. Now the new year is starting and he's ready to web things into gear.

Family/Relationships?: Ben Poole: Richard helped train him while also training alongside him. They aren't really close but he considers him family due to the Spider legacy.

Personality: Richard may be really smart but he isn't a nerd. Well, he doesn't consider himself one at least. When it comes to school and things that don't hold his interest he's really lazy and rushes through it so that he can get it over with. In regular Academy classes he's seen staring at the ceiling if he even decided to show up that day. He's a flirt but not overly so. In his time in the Academy he hasn't had any long term girlfriends and mostly had flings but he's hoping to change that. Richie jokes a lot an even gave himself the added nickname of Rich to Richie so others wouldn't make the joke first. Most of the time when he's joking is in action just like his grandfather though he does it to hide how unsure he is of himself. It's why he chose not to up the mantle of Spider-Man. At least not now at least. He's afraid he wouldn't be able to live up to the name. Though he knows one day it'll come a time where he has to. He cares about his friends and would do anything for them. Even to the point of putting himself in harm's way in training exercises. His father said that would get him killed one day but he reminded him that it was his great responsibility to protect others.

He has a secret love for comic books despite living the life of those in them. He wants to one day make his own. He hasn't told anyone this.
