Evelyn looked all around her amazed.  Practically everything they needed was here, but...how...and why she wondered.  [color=ed1c24]"Huh...looks like the Justice League found their Batcave after all."[/color]  She quipped, but in truth, that's what this place looked like to her, a secret lair.  She investigated it a bit more, scrounging through the lockers along with Nara.  Who did this belong to in the first place, she pondered.  That's when she noticed something hidden under the piles of clothes, a USB stick.

[color=ed1c24]"What's this?"[/color]  She showed it to Nara.  Only one way to find out Ev figured.  She plugged it into one of the CPU towers near the monitors.  They glowed brighter suddenly, a video message appearing on the gigantic screen.  It was this very room Evelyn saw, a figure wearing a mask looking at the camera.  Then, he spoke, his voice digitally distorted.

[i]"Fellow Supers, if you are watching this, then we have been erradicated.  We are the Watch Dogs.  For years we fought an invisible war against the Organization and their corrupt benefactors.  They sought to wipe us out, to erase their so called mistakes in playing God, creating new life.  They called our powers an abomination.  We called them a gift.  We were like you once, alone, afraid.  We hid our powers out of fear of what the world would think of us, but in the shadows, we aided the world.  Criminals feared us, citizens adored us, yet none knew our names or saw our faces.  We were everywhere and nowhere at the same time.  We were heroes, but in the eyes of the Organization who created us...we were targets.  I am all that remains of the Watch Dogs now.  Soon, the Organization will find me and kill me as well.  If you have found this place by chance, supers, then know, even if the Organization is hunting you down, you don't have to run.  Band together as one, strength in unity, and fight back until the victory is yours.  Maybe one day the world will see us for who we are, and we can live in peace, but until then, you mustn't abandon hope.  You cannot be afraid to stand against your enemies.  This will be my final message.  I bid you all farewell and godspeed."[/i]

The message ended.  Evelyn stood there...silent...chills running up and down her spine.
