Turning whatever she draws into a reality, to the extent where she is even capable of creating doors to other locales, is too ridiculously versatile, and rather overpowered for the setting, even for someone who I assume is a Gemstone. At Level 2, powers don't tend to be particularly useful in day-to-day life, and bringing things she draws to life is in far excess of what Level 2s tend to be capable of. Such crazy things are usually the realm of Level 5s, who aren't allowed.

Given that her backstory says that she awakened the powers on her lonesome, is she a Gemstone then? Espers are the result of experimentation by Academy City rather than natural things, excepting the few Gemstones (of which there are 50 in the entire world). We're going to try and limit the number of Gemstones in this RPG, because their powers tend to be esoteric, and as mentioned before, they're pretty rare.

Also, Kichijoji's more of a high school, so 14 is just a bit too young.

The personality needs some expansion too.
