[@Keksalot] - If I'm being honest (and I always try to be), this character confuses me. I'm not quite sure I understand how this little boy turned into a 6 ft tall, 10 ft long, half-ton monstrosity, and I'm kind of wondering where he fits in this setting. It's not like a rejection or anything, I just need some clarification. As far as the powers go, the immunity to psychic powers and the 360 awareness might be a bit much.

[@MeowGoesKat] - Because there are so many types of powers allowed (as I'm trying not to be too restrictive unless it's needed), it's kind of tough to pin down exactly what's OP without actually seeing it. It's more of a case by case basis. Just test the waters and see...you'll know if you might be going overboard.
