I'm not even going to touch Juno's case and will leave that up for [@KoL] to dispute. KoL will also gladly tell you that the Demons screwed themselves over and have no one else to blame but themselves; again, consult KoL on that. As for Bastion, she's a weapon and was the prize everyone was fighting for in the first battle. With that in mind, what did you expect? That she wasn't going to be some broken thing? There was a reason why every Faction wanted her.
