Honestly, the ideal rp for me when it comes to a forum-style rp is...probably not two, though two is okay.  But like three or four dedicated posters.  More than that and it gets messy and there's often a lot of delays.  Fewer and you run out of ideas faster than I like, in many cases.  Of course, if you have a /lot/ of dedicated posters things will move reasonably well, but I have always found the ones with three or four to be the most reliable.

*hugs*  Emotional stability, unlike sanity, is generally a good thing to have.  Unfortunately it's just as hard to keep.  =/  I'm kind of a mess right now myself, actually.  Plus with current events and people who won't shut up about politics -- either for or against whatever is happening -- I need an escape more than ever.

Haa, I do know the feeling of dangling but abandoned plot hooks.  But hey, it'll be there if you think of something to hang on it later~!
