There aren't any real sources on height about the races, but from what I can find from the most useful source ([url=http://skyrimforums.org/sf/threads/playable-races-height-s-in-feet-inches.17205/]Second post down[/url]), the average for an Altmer is 6'8" and for a Breton is 5'9". A big enough difference to indeed be abnormal, so maybe mention that in your appearance section - there are anomalies in every race, after all.
