Hmm.... Please excuse me for being dubious, understand that it is only a conclusion draw from books like the "Art of War" "The Book of Five Rings" "The Seven Pillars of Wisdom" and several other books on tactics and in almost all of them the single most important attribute of a leader is Charisma and second Intelligence. Sorry to seem so picky it's just that I read way too much and because War has been a Major force of history find that the Philosophy of the Generals whose advice still holds true even in modern war.
