Sue
Anthony Anthony feels his phone vibrate and pulls it out after a moment. He reads Sue's text and does as he's told, then walks to her. He looks at her, with both his anger and confusion hidden behind a questioning smile, and signs, "Why didn't you tell me?"
Sue did not know if she could tell Anthony about why she’d broken the formation, that she’d followed a sound that could have been the enemy team, that she could have been in danger, that she found a person that she wasn’t supposed to find, that she cost her own team the game. She didn’t know what to say, but she couldn’t lie. Not entirely, anyway, so she signed: ”I heard something and I thought it familiar. Curiosity got the best of me in the tense game. I’m sorry. I’m going to go to see Iron Fist now. Come by my room after our classes end!” She raced off without waiting for his reply to the building where Iron Fist held their session for self-control. For the next hour it was the typical breathing exercises and control of emotions. She had for a while taken off her headphones during these sessions and now she’d gotten better control of her psychological state, though only in a calm situation. Iron Fist remarked that soon they’d go to somewhere different to relax. Sue’s heart raced at the thought, nervous for the coming session. She returned to her room, dismissed earlier than the rest, and slept in her room, mind busy with the thoughts that Phoebe was out there, so close to them, but still so far away.
