I'm unfamiliar with the term 'cinnamon roll' for the context of a character type, but I understand what you meant about the other types. I've been planning a mute character for a while in the project but hadn't settled on who it worked for the best. Explaining stuff about my project's setting is really complicated without spoiling a lot, so it's hard for me to tell people about it and get a gauge of what sort of character they'd use.
