Sierra heard the message sound appear while she was checking out her target. She opened the game window again and read the mail with a small grin. “We’ll see. Maybe we can play together another time, though I don’t normally take on friend requests.” She said, but accepted her anyway. It was rare that you found someone that was as good as Cypher, so it could be fun to have her as a friend in the game. However, she had to get back to her email to see who the next target was. It proved to be a politician, one that wanted to expand military power and close off borders for people that wanted to come and live in the country. That in itself, was not a crime, even though Gravity Zero didn’t agree with him, what was a crime though, was that her intel suggested that this male politician, Garvy, had received huge sums of money from companies that created weapons for the use of warfare. In these days, there were companies that made weapons for defensive times and only sold their weapons to the army if they had a contract that said it would be to defend and not to start a war. Though there were also companies that wanted to go to war as they could benefit heavily from that, and they gave Garvy a lot of money to try and push for more provocative politics that could result in warfare, and an increased income for those companies. But it was illegal for a politician to get involved with anything that had with national security to do, which meant that while it was a political agenda, it was still lawbreaking, and Gravity Zero didn’t need any more reason than that. Five days later, she was sitting with the technology tube attached to her back again, and she was hacking into Garvy. She searched through the thousands of tech-DNA that was in the city, until she found his. Then she latched herself onto it and forced her mind into his systems. Now that she was inside him, she could see that he was in a meeting with someone, on a top floor of a building. This was going to be a lot of fun, and more brutal than the last one she had killed. She waited though, wanting to see what would happen. A case was presented to Garvy on the table in front of him and when it was opened, there was a prototype of a weapon inside. Supposedly, it was a gun that should be able to dismember any soldier on the field, mechanical or human, without making a big mess. A clean cut, so to speak. Gravity Zero grinned “Perfect.” She said to herself. Before long, she had complete control over Garvy’s body, and played a long with the meeting, while Garvy’s only possible action was to look at the whole scene unfold, without being able to say or do anything else. “We hope you like our new advances for warfare, this gun should provide excellent and fast results.” One of the weapon dealers said. Gravity Zero forced Garvy to smile and take the gun. She could get three birds with one gun here, and she would, besides Gravy breaking the law, the weapon dealers were as well, as they perfectly knew that getting into politics was an illegal act for them as well. She raised the gun fast, and before the two dealers could react, she made Garvy fire the gun. A lazer blade shot out from it and cleaned both of their heads in half, splatting the whole room with blood and brains, killing them on the spot. Garvy tried to gain control without knowing what was going on, but he couldn’t do anything. Gravity Zero then turned the gun to the arm she wasn’t using, and fired it, cutting the arm off from the shoulder. Blood was flowing out heavily, but she wasn’t done yet. She broke the glass window in the room, threw the gun out of the room and grabbed the arm that had been shot off, which was still whole without any damage to it, other than it was no longer attached to Garvy’s body. Then she turned towards the broken window, and ran and made Garvy jump out while holding the severed arm. She didn’t leave Garvy’s body until he was halfway down the building, and then Garvy was allowed to scream, though he only managed to do it for five seconds before he hit the ground and pretty much made blood fly everywhere. Again, it was in a crowded street, though today it was raining, so the blood was flowing with the water rapidly. Because of the technology in the blood, Gravity Zero could take control of it, at least for a short while until it was no longer responsive. She made the blood gather in the water, and wrote “GRAVITY ZERO” in cursive bold letters on the ground, and with that, she logged out and detached herself from her hacking devices in her apartment. This could have been a clue to the police department about who she was, but the thing about this was, that taking control of the technology inside blood, was something that was very very difficult to do, and only someone who was either a very highly evolved VI, or had a hell of a lot augmentation inside their body, would be able to do something like this, and even then, the blood was taken control of, AFTER the host had died, which meant Garvy couldn't be the one to do it. Six days later, it was a Saturday evening. She had agreed to meet up with Cypher, after they had managed to play a lot of rounds together. It proved to be more fun, and challenging, than she had expected, and it seemed that Cypher had thought the same. Gravity Zero still didn’t know if Cypher was the woman’s real name, but she supposed it wasn’t, like Sierra wasn’t her real name either. People would probably think she was making a joke if she told them that her real name, or at least the one she considered to be real, and the only one she remembered, to be Gravity Zero, but to her, it was her name and she wanted to keep it. This Saturday, she was meeting with Cypher at around 10 PM in the Burst Galaxy Bar. It was a bar that had an age limit that said twenty-three. They wanted to keep the younger crowd out, and have a place where the richer customers could be allowed to drink and let loose, without having to be annoyed by people who tried to make them pay for drinks. If you came to this place, it was because you could afford it. You were allowed to take a friend with you, that weren’t up in the high salary parts yet, as long as you took care of them, but no more than one. Gravity Zero wasn’t sure if Cypher was actually rich or whatever, but since she was allowed to bring a friend, she saw no harm in meeting with Cypher in a place that actually allowed them to talk and meet, without dumb youngsters interfering. Gravity Zero was dressed in a long black sleeved shirt and long black baggy jeans. None of her skin was exposed though. Her skin was also working rather well today, so she didn’t need gloves on her hands, though she did have to wear her mask as that part of her face was impossible to do anything about. She could still drink though, as she could manage to slip a straw underneath the mask, without exposing the real sight of her lower half of her face. She didn’t wear any underwear, as it was rather uncomfortable with the way her body was now, but it couldn’t be seen from the way she dressed. On her feet, she wore black socks and a pair of black high heels. Basically everything was black, the only thing that was slightly different, was her dark brown hair, that was on the border of being black, but not quite there. She had changed her eyes to the color of blue, so that she didn’t give away how much of her body was augmented. Her eyes normally had a silver color, but it was impossible to be born with that color, and not many people had the augmentations needed to change the eye color to silver, so it was better not to raise any suspicion, as she already had to explain her mask, probably. Her own augmentation did make it possible for her to change to another eye color, though she had to update her systems if she wanted to change what colors to change from, as she could only have one besides her original silver color. She was sitting up at the bar now. The reason the bar had the name it did, was because the whole ceiling of the bar and the walls, looked like the real galaxy and universe. If you didn’t know it were walls and ceiling, you could easily have been fooled to think it was the real thing, that was how real it looked to anyone that was new to the bar. It also proved that the bar was expensive, as it took quite a heavy load of cash to get something like that made on the walls and the ceiling. She had a drink in front of her; her hair was loose and hanging down to the middle of her body right now. She was waiting for Cypher to show up, and she was unsure what Cypher actually looked like, but she had given a description of herself to Cypher and had told the door attendant that if someone came to ask for Sierra, as that was the name she had decided to use for tonight, he should let the woman inside. Now all she had to do, was wait for Cypher to show up, and see how this evening and night would turn out.
