The Capital is Gondien City on the Isle of Aléborn across the sea of Stars. 

Well they'd need to be allowed in the Elven waters, because the Elves are fine shipwrights and sailors and would easily spot them. It depends on what happened after that. If they wanted to trade or see the sights or ply their wares, they might need to pay a tax and then might be able to convince the Elves to let them onto their fabled isle. If they're allowed, they'd be treated as guests. Of course, some Elves are different than others and they wouldn't exactly treat them like royalty, and some Elves would look down on them. But others respect humans.
