[/quote] I had insomnia for so many years of my life that I ended up developing an irrational fear that I'd never sleep again at one point and I can honestly say that Isochronic Beats have never failed me. Hot or warm baths are also wonderful for relaxing nerves and making a person tired. Also, I learned in Psychology class (disclaimer: I don't know how true this is), that people are affected by the light that hits their eyelids. The more you sit in darkness, the more tired you naturally get as your brain biologically determines.
