[@13org] is playing a elf. They are know. For being quiet. The bow however is of Dwarven make and they dont care about noise.

The dwarf Would not see the elf. He may BARELY hear the bow, but he is near Darcyn's band and they are a loud bunch that are partly drunk. Yes the elf would make noise, but Darcyn's crew and the rain would cover it. He is also in the dark in the trees. A dwarf's eyesight is not that good with such limited lighten coming from a tent and a struggling campfire a good bit away.
