Evelyn landed on the roof of a nearby apartment building, sprinting at top speed.  She leaped across the chasm between the buildings like she was gliding through air, landing in a graceful somersault and vaulting over fences and AC ducts in her way.  The earpiece in her ear crackled with Nara's voice, asking where they were.

[color=ed1c24]"On our way!"[/color]  Evelyn shortly replied pressing the button while making another daring bound to another rooftop. [color=ed1c24]"Anything on the news yet?"[/color]  Sirens were blaring as she neared Pershing.  If Ev remembered correctly, there was a bank on that street, a pretty big one at that.

Sure enough, she got to the edge of a library overlooking the bank.  Down below...Ev could only describe as a battlefield.  [color=ed1c24]"Holy shit..."[/color]

Cops swarmed the bank, a sea of reds and blues flashing amidst the vermillion heat of smoldering flames.  There were police cars all shot up, officers huddled behind them with their guns drawn, looking scared as ever.  Broken glass and spent shells littered the city streets, stsined with blood from the brave men in blue who took a bullet.

Gunfire rattled catching Ev's eye.  There were two robbers outside, heavily armored with two big machine guns tearing apart everything in their path.  The others Ev could see in the bank, mean looking guys dressed military style with masks looking like they were ripped out of the Purge movies.

The lead robber shouted.  Ev gulped nervously.  The situation was pretty tense.
