[@Oliver] I wouldn't say you need to. It's up to you. It adds an interesting element to the rp to have a completely new character to everyone. Also him going straight to the program will make everyone super impressed with him. I was going with Alex having been at school for 3 years before joining the program so he'd definitely be impressed.
