Claudia was about to make a retort when the female vampire came up and made a move on Alex. Apparently not the right move as soon she was sailing through the air.  She watched her crash below. She almost felt sorry for the vampire. She turned her attention back to Alex and she felt the beginnings of an attraction. A tiny pull. She irritatedly brushed it aside and focused on what he was saying.

A feral smile settled itself on her lips and her blue eyes glinted with danger. [color=palevioletred]"I couldn't care less if I don't walk out of here alive.
