Shanae Eller
— Atana Mountain Range — The rocks promptly separated into a swarm of separate boulders—Geodudes, Shanae realized. A swarm of them. Just as she was about to relax, however, a Geodude larger than the rest made a move toward rather than away from Shanae. A second later, Shanae realized that the boulder was not a Geodude but rather Geodude’s evolved form, Graveler. Larger and usually more bullish than its younger form, the Graveler both resembles and acts like an angsty teen. Built in all the right and wrong ways, the Pokemon spends most of its time rolling around rather than walking as its legs are too short to allow it to move its stout body as quickly as it would like. However, Graveler lacks the maturity that often seems to magically develop when it evolves into Golem; the few Golem Shanae had met were sturdy and proud Pokemon, much unlike the Gravelers she’d encountered that had often been brash and slow at recovering. “You ready for this, Turris?” Shanae asked, looking at the steel Pokemon. The Aron gave her a half-insulted sniff before turning its blue gaze onto the incoming enemy.
