The thing is, the villain of FF:TA is complete garbage and has nothing going for it. It's just there to go "bleh" at the end and fight you, mostly. Often, people theorize that Marche, while the protagonist, is actually the villain for wanting to go home and ruin everyone's happiness of being in Ivalice despite it all being a 'dream-world'. So I am using Marche as the villain in this case. Meanwhile, Ritz, who fought hard to not go home; Is being spotlighted as the hero. 

He's probably doing both, tbh.
