[@Raddum] That's useful information to keep in mind if Vayne ever becomes an option, and given what you've told me I think The Emperor would have no problem at all manipulating this kid really -- Mateus is a guy who literally gambled with the gods (God and Satan) and won, after all.
While it might need to be fleshed out a bit more, here's most of Marche's CS. While he's not as experienced in combat as the rest of those who are aligned to Chaos, he's not someone to underestimate in combat. Even if he probably is one of the weaker individuals out of them all. He is highly focused on two things: Weakening enemies, and beating them to a pulp. While he will gain supportive abilities later, he is, as of now, a highly-offensive warrior who does nothing more than try to make his opponents go down.

The Soldier job class is dedicated to dealing damage and softening enemies: With it's varied 'break' abilities, Marche can level the playing field by taking out his enemies advantages, or taking advantage of their flaws and making them worse. Combat Combo Marche, either alone, or with allies, can unleash a devastating combo of strikes that deal high damage. Requires the situation to heavily be in Marche's favor. First Aid Marche can disinfect his wounds mid-battle and restore minor amounts of health, and clear lesser status effects such as Blind and Poison. Powerbreak A specific targeting attack that cripples the physical combat ability of enemies if it connects; Lowering Weapon Damage. Mindbreak A specific targeting attack that cripples the magical combat ability of enemies if it connects: Lowering Magic Damage. Magicbreak An attack that deals damage to the enemies' magic reserves; Damages MP instead of HP. Speedbreak A specific targeting attack that cripples the agility of enemies if it connects: Lowering Speed. Provoke Provokes enemies to fly into a berserker rage; Causes the Berserk Status.

Fighters are highly offensive classes that use pure offensive power to overthrow their enemies. Their skills focus around one purpose: To see everything that is their enemy, in the grave. Doublehand Allows Marche to wield one-handed swords with two hands to deal more damage. Rush A bull-charge; Marche charges forth and collides with his enemy using his blade, for heavy damage. Can knock foes back. Wild Swing An attack that hits all sides; Any enemies surrounding Marche will be damaged by the full-circle swing of his blade. Beatdown While terribly inaccurate, if Marche can catch his opponent off-guard he can deal very heavy damage to them by delivering an assortment of blows that change element depending on the element of his current weapon. This is a game-changer. Blitz Marche uses his aggression to sense the enemy; Striking them with greater accuracy. Not very damaging, however. Works for recovering. Air Render A projectile attack; Using pure aggression, can send non-elemental projectiles towards enemies at a distance. Far Fist Similar to Air Render, but is an AoE attack that deals weaker individual damage. Backdraft A fire-elemental attack; Deals high damage, but damages Marche as well. Risky, but possibly good for finishing someone off.

I'm not the GM, but I can't help myself when it comes to a chance to act like one. Overall, I think this looks good. I've only got two concerns:

I'm not entirely sure how much emphasis we should be placing on status ailments - I don't remember if Dissidia touches on them much and they're usually a gameplay mechanic more than something that works in writing - but I imagine we could find a way to make them work. I like how you've taken the time to list off a command list of sorts resembling the Bravery/HP Attacks of Dissidia, even if they weren't written that way. I recall [@Gohan] mentioning not thinking we needed to have a list - instead preferring we be a little more open with how we approach our skill lists - but having this list is still useful. That little detail about how we'd work gameplay mechanics into the writing was the only concern.
The link to the picture of your summon is coming up as a broken image for me. You might need to mess with it.
Also, it's dawned on me that this character doesn't have an 'EX Mode'. I fully intended to have The Emperor turn into his 'Lord of Hell' form if the situation turns dire for him, but would Marche have anything that works like that? I think a lot of the protagonists just got access to their ultimate weapons in 'EX Mode', whereas villains transformed into something. Perhaps the Totema is your 'EX Mode' power? I'm actually starting to think I should've included 'EX Mode' as part of the template -- no idea if the new game uses it yet.
