Judging by animations, they mostly just come off as strikes; Though bringing up Auron's breaks, I imagine they're the same thing; Especially since Marche has an MP-damaging one. So we'll just go with that, for the moment. I'll boot up FF:TA later and give the animations a quick look-over, but honestly I'd be fine with them just remaining magic-based. 

That sounds pretty neat, actually. We can roll with that. I'm going to write up a little bit more in the CS about his EX-Mode, then. Maybe he has similar abilities to Power of Hellfire, and has blood magic? I imagine that being able to restore himself with attacks would be brutal considering his high-damage with the Judge Sword; So maybe his health gain is minor compared to the Emperor's.
