With the departure of our GM, and no appointment of a replacement, I imagine that such decisions will be made by an impromptu 'council' of other players.  Anyone who's interested in whatever, from the restructuring of an RP system to a creation or new player approval, would be able to weigh in in such a system.  With that in mind:
