Well I'll put it this way. 

You have a world that is recovering from several costly global conflicts, governments answer to corporations and not the other way around, the media is censored to the ninth degree, and social divisions are at an all time high. Yet you also have a functioning and stable middle class, society and culture hasn't totally gone undone by mass consumerism and technology while creating as many divides as it is, is also allowing for cripples to walk, the blind to see and once unattainable problems to be solved. In short the world is complicated it has its dark sides and its light sides not a straight dystopia but not a bustling utopia either. But yeah the subject matter is going to be heavy. Human trafficking, addiction, and the inability to crawl out of a pit of economic disparity all are real factors in the slums. Everything whose ever lived in a state of abject poverty is a little it damaged one way or another something I can attest to. And peoples character should reflect that.  

And well [b]I can't promise I'll take you or anyone really for that matter[/b]. I'm not a fan of making promises or reserving spots before an OOC is posted even to people I know. (You can ask Myke.) I judge based on character sheets. If you put your all into whatever you bring to the table odds are though I'll probably give you the okay.
