Yeah I am, not quite as far down as Cornwall but I am down the South West area. We're doing okay so far, it's getting REALLY flooded in a lot of places (eek!) but nothing's been damaged yet so fingers crossed it stays that way O_O

Hmm...fairly quickly I guess? Not so rushed that it feels forced or anything but I imagine they'd be in quite the hurry to not piss off a Sith Lord? XD That sounds like it could work, though so let's go with that :)
