Piper and Lukas signed the paperwork and after an hour's wait they left the building hand in hand. They were getting into the car when Piper got the summons from Lucinda. [color=fff200]"Shit she is summoning me. Head to Bitten she must have found out what happened."[/color] Lukas put his foot on the gas pedal and they spun the back end of the car around the corner and parked in front of the building. He jumped out and grabbed Piper's hand. [color=0054a6]"Let's go babe."[/color] Piper nodded.[color=fff200] "Okay."[/color]

Lucinda was standing near the bar with Andrew and another female vampire. Tabitha was still at the bar with that really loud german guy Callie and Caius were in there too. Lucinda looked at Caius, [color=ed1c24]"I sent Alex home for the day. He is not to be around Pi-per."[/color] She said as she walked into the bar. [color=ed1c24]"Well hello my dearest daughter. I hear you have tortured Alex nearly to the death of my bar."[/color] Piper answered. [color=fff200]"Apparently."[/color]

Lucinda inspected the man holding Piper's hand. She walked over to stand in front of Lukas and she had to admit this guy was sizzling, burn your tongue on fire, and eat it again kind of HOT. If this weren't reason enough for Piper to have fallen for the guy... Lucinda glared at him and asked her, [color=ed1c24]"What about Grant?"[/color] [color=fff200]"What about him? We can barely stand each other. There is nothing there but lust. I've imprinted on Lukas and he imprinted on me." [/color] Lucinda rolled her eyes and looked at Andrew in exasperation. [color=ed1c24]"Piper, he is our mortal enemy. You can't be serious about being with him."[/color] Piper retorted [color=fff200]"No! He is YOUR mortal enemy not mine and you can't do anything about it!" [/color]

Lucinda was furious. None of her children had ever gotten so obnoxious with her as Piper was right now. [color=ed1c24]"Piper you know that I can. Please don't make me forbid it."[/color] Piper gave her a victorious look and pulled out the key to her freedom. [color=fff200]"We got married, now you can't separate us no matter what."[/color] Lucinda was so furious that she punched Piper so hard that she flew through the wall of the bar. Lukas changed into wolf and lunged at her. Lucinda threw him to the side as she ducked him. He was fast and he turned midair.

Andrew quickly reacted appearing in front of the enraged werewolf almost instantly. He lifted him off the ground and threw him, creating more distance between Lucinda and the wolf. [color=silver]"I know you are pissed but I suggest not making me willing to kill you."[/color] Turning to Lucinda [color=silver]"Look I know Piper went too far with her words, but I would rather not have Layla's introduction to the family be bloodshed between us. And you know how far an imprinted werewolf goes for the one they imprinted on, if Lukas dies she will probably end up trying to kill whoever killed him and I'd rather not see that."[/color]

Lucinda barely heard Andrew as she went out the door and picked Piper up off of the ground. Lucinda being 1200 years old had knocked her out in one blow. She carried her into the bar and her eyes were lit up in fury and she put Piper on the nearest table and she walked over to Lukas.[color=ed1c24] "You've interferred in my family. Piper belongs to me and our connection cannot be broken. You will never be strong enough to beat me no matter what you do. If I have to beat one or both of you every day for all eternity I will...[b]if[/b] you try to leave with her. If you stay and work with her in my coven and are loyal to my family, everything will be fine. It is your choice. You can go but she can't."[/color]

Lucinda looked at Caius and said [color=ed1c24]"Claudia is calming Alex down. I don't know where they went. Call his cell phone if you need."[/color]

Lucinda's eyes reverted to normal slowly. It had been a long time since she had to get pissed off like this. She never expected to have to hit Piper and it bothered her. Lukas returned to human form and grabbed his jeans and put them back on. He picked up Piper and asked for the address to the house. Lucinda kept her back to him and expected Andrew to be the middleman. Lucinda texted Ashley so they could get into the house.

Andrew sighed it had been a while since he had seen Lucinda get this pissed. He quickly wrote out the address for Lukas before turning back to Lucinda, wrapping his arms around her. [color=silver]"I know this really got to you, last time you were this angry you killed. I know Lukas cares for Piper more than Samuel's damn pack, he attacked you for her but even though he could've attacked you for being an enemy of Samuel."[/color] Layla finally recovered from her shock and looked around awkwardly not sure what to do now, her father had told her that the family was complicated but what she saw today far surpassed her expectations.

Lucinda turned and saw the look on Layla's face. [color=ed1c24]"Sorry sweetheart, I haven't had to hit anyone in the family in a long time. This was an unusual event."[/color] Lucinda seemed really upset and she didn't like anyone seeing her this way. She had lost it there for a moment. Never had she hit one of her sirelings like she did Piper just now. She also knew she had to show a strong show of force or Lukas would take her away and they would fight over her forever. She turned in Andrew's arms and hugged him tightly to her. [color=ed1c24]"I'll see you at the house later."[/color]

Layla could tell this whole situation really pained Lucinda and simply nodded in response. She also saw that there was a relationship between her and Andrew, now she knew why her father rushed here so quickly. [color=silver]"Where are you going?"[/color] Andrew asked.

[color=ed1c24]"I'm just going to head home and lay on the roof for a while."[/color] She looked at Layla and explained. [color=ed1c24]"If something is bothering me I usually can be found laying on the roof looking at the stars and the moon. It relaxes me." She turned back to Andrew. "I also want to check on Piper." She kissed him softly on the lips and said "Caius you got the bar for the night." With that Lucinda headed back to the house and went inside and found Lukas on the couch with Piper laying in his lap and they were talking. Ashley was nearby and Lucinda nodded at her. 

Lucinda sat on the other end of the couch and looked a lot calmer. [color=ed1c24]"Piper, I told Lukas that he may stay and be a loyal member of the coven but that you are not allowed to leave the coven. You did that to me once and I'll not allow that again. I don't want to fight with you or you."[/color] She said looking at Lukas.[color=ed1c24] "If you decide to go back to Samuel's pack you will be fighting against your wife in battle and one of you will die because you won't be able to stop trying to defend each other as you fight the opposite side that they are also defending. He has to make a choice it's you or his pack, he can't have both."[/color] Piper nodded slowly.[color=fff200] "I know." [/color] [color=ed1c24]"I'll expect an answer shortly."[/color]

Lukas stood up and faced Lucinda. He towered over her and he looked at her and said [color=0054a6]"There is no decision to be made. I'll stay where Piper is and if I have to fight my former pack then I guess I will."[/color]Piper smiled softly at him. Lucinda smiled at him and she had a new respect for him.
