Arima is no-no-nonsense ex-cop from Ungara. Her powers were borne from encounter with an accidental encounter with a rare and dangerous species of animals known as Lightning Beasts. During her ambush on an illegal trade of rare beasts, she was hit by the lightning bolt, giving her the abilities similar to the Legion’s founding member, Lightning Lad. Now retired from duty, she once again serves as the protector of peace as the Bolt.
