Kit had heard the whispers as well. It sounded like it was worse than they may have first thought. It was true she had little idea about what a guild wizard really faced. Some of the whispers had her a little worried. She didn't want to see her new friend killed over a necklace. She stayed quiet until they reached the motel. When Gray pulled her close she turned a bright red shade. She didn't squirm and let him handle the situation for now. She'd wait until they were out of hearing range before talking to him about it. It was a little awkward and once the door was shut she quickly broke away from him. He had acted on his feet but that didn't explain why he seemed alright with playing them off as a couple. She sat on the opposite side of the bed and stared down at the map. The clerk had mentioned something about a festival the next day. While it explained the lack of rooms it also sent up a warning flag for her. "The clerk mentioned a festival. Its the perfect chance for the thugs to come out and sneakily bump into people to steal the festival go-ers things. Best guess would be go where the most people will be. Somewhere with at least two ways in and out, crowded, and easy for someone to scout from the rooftops." she said staring at the map. "If I learned anything from living in Hargeon, the town square and the marketplace would be the most likely target areas. People will be too distracted getting souvenirs to notice someone pick pocketing them."
