[@Rune_Alchemist] Wraith and Ghosts would fall under Necromancy in this case but contracted summoning seems okay so long as you can submit proof of contract with the summoned creature if it has the capacity to make one and a summoning certificate from the Academy to confirm you can maintain control over any that can't. 

I'm going to move the summoning into a restricted list instead so if you want to use summoning magic, feel free!
