Enhanced speed, strength, regeneration if injured, and enhanced senses. These abilities are affected by how fed they are, and the regeneration is halted if they stand out in sunlight. Some vampires can read and affect thoughts.

As for weaknesses, silver bullet wounds won't regenerate and will need care, religious items have no affect, and look out for the word "aglophoetis" as it is harmful to both vampires and mages.
