Donna stepped to the side of the bed and tucked the Doctor's quilt in more so he was more comfortable. She smiled at him for reassurance before walking over to the door, following the time agent as he walked to the door. 

"Get some sleep, Spaceman." Donna said to him sternly but lightly, giving him one last smile before her and Jack left the room, closing the door behind them. 

"Poor Doctor." Donna said to Jack as they began to walk down the corridor. "I really hope he's not seriously ill."
