Wren Elizabeth Rose Davis 5'1", 93 lbs, 13 year old girl, born 10 September at 10:34 PM Born in Middletown, Connecticut. Adopted (technically, and with legal evidence) by a single father. Lost the use of her legs to disease when she was very young, and spent most of her life in a wheelchair. Wren's life is tied to a small portrait in a locket; so long as it is intact, she lives eternally. The picture of her in the locket shows all injuries and age she should have gained; her body recovers from all injuries in seconds -- even lost limbs -- and she will never age past 13. She is only slightly more attractive and intelligent than other girls her age, and has a keen sense of fashion. The fact that she is able to make all living things (but not electronics) see her in whatever clothes, jewelry, and makeup she wants (she can emulate them with some minor shapeshifting, as well, but that takes a little more effort) makes the last fact quite important. While she's not very strong, her timeless nature means that she never needs to eat, drink, sleep, breathe, or worry about bodily odors or any physical ailments. While she doesn't know it yet, she is immune to alcohol, drugs (medicinal and recreational), pathogens, and all other toxins. Her soft-tissue shapeshifting extends a little further, to where she also has a "boy side." She has the same control over it as her girl side. She calls her boy self "Ren." Less confusion that way. As immortality is new to her, she's not yet to the stage where she exploits it, and is quite careful, and occasionally even shy. Like almost all girls her age, Wren fears the loss of her virginity. Both of her older sisters, 16 year old twins, got pregnant within a few weeks of each other, and both were subsequently disowned by her devoutly Catholic parents. Her older brother (and eldest sibling at 20 years old) had no such issues with having children (being gay, which also led to him being disowned, though he maintained a strong relationship with a few of his siblings before his death), and her younger siblings (two brothers and two sisters) weren't quite to the point where they had any interest in the opposite sex. She used to want kids someday, but it can no longer happen (though she doesn't know it yet). A fan of Korean culture, Wren used to go to Korea-cons with her older brother, but couldn't go to them as often as she wanted. She got separated from him at one recently...where she found her locket. As her brother was driving them home, she finally gave in to the locket's whispers, opened the it, and it became bound to her. A truck ran a red light almost immediately upon opening the locket, hitting their car and killing her brother. She was able to escape the car with surprisingly little trouble, unscathed, and with regained use of her legs. She still has occasional nightmares about the accident. Wren's immortality cost her further physical development (puberty is halted at its current, early state), though she hasn't noticed yet; she won't like it when she finds out. She was adopted by Grayson Davis shortly after she convinced CPS she was being abused (with the aid of shapeshifting). Wren is openly both agnostic and panromantic. Wren is good with both people and computers, and enjoys reading classic literature. While she has practiced some minor larceny and never gotten caught, she does not enjoy stealing. Because of her experience with the supernatural, she has done a lot of research on assorted conspiracy theories. All she carries with her is a small backpack and a cell phone, both paid for by her new father, and a high-end laptop.
