Ok, just a few nitpicks. That "who's" should be "whose". That "card'" is missing an s. You don't really need that "Then" there. 

There could be a nerf to the Machine-type monster tribute effect though. We don't exactly want a [url=http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Rocket_Arrow_Express]Rocket Arrow Express[/url] or something being Tributed. Unless something like that is actually the plan.
