Stegs was no longer overly worried about his injury, but he saw no reason in taking unnecessary risks by going for bigger fish downstream especially since none of them even knew if their plan to catch fish would even work. The fact that was starting to get darker slightly concerned him as well, he had never spent a night out of the cave and he preferred to keep that way at least a little longer.
