Teknall's mindscape is, primarily, where he makes all his designs and inventions. His Workshop is merely an outlet. As I've hinted a few times before, he plans most of his inventions well in advance, and merely needs an opportune moment to create them. To a visitor, the central point of the mind would be a flat floor of concrete, with work spaces and paper and filing cabinets and whatnot. This space would also contain interfaces for Goliath and Gerrik. Both would have large holographic spheres relaying what their Perception and other senses see, and Goliath's space would include control panels and an intercom. But the most interesting part of the mindscape is not anything on this floor, but in the void surrounding it. The concrete floor has no walls or ceiling, instead opening into an expansive black void. Floating in that void is every single design Teknall ever devised, in full-scale model and annotated with floating hand-written text; from the element adamantine, to flint chisels, to the Stellar Engine and his Workshop, to nearly every technology civilisation could conceivably construct from the stone age to far into the space age, and quite a number of special projects which he may or may not ever actually create. New designs are added on a regular basis. To inspect any design, it will drift over to the central floor space, can be manipulated as though it were weightless, and expanded into an exploded model.
