[@OtomostheCrazy] TBH I have not watch much of the anime but what I saw and heard about are good points against Ash. On of the biggest is he is inconsistent sometimes. If I remember correctly, one time, his supposedly high level pikachu get beaten by an entry level snivy. True he has some achievements like meeting many legendaries, befriend some of them and surviving all of their clashes, getting the Ash-greninja  transformation but like how others pointed out that it feels like he has god's hand or really lucky sometimes.  I am sorrt if I sound ignorant. Truce?

[@LuckyBlackCat] Look at tms and what moves that your Pokemon can naturally learn however If my information is correct, we only need eight badges and there are roughly 13 so there are more than enough gyms to succeed.
