I'm like ninety percent sure increased intelligence was not one of Scoot's attributes. I swear there was a line from a Shiro post that went something like "though Scoot was telepathic he still had a ferret brain, it looked like Food and Fun might be the limit of his capabilities". My mastery over Hari's style isn't exactly good but that was the gist of it.

Though in all fairness you've likely put more thought into than Hari.
