The scientist nodded. "Yes, we definitely need to keep a close eye on the cages. I'll-" Suddenly, one of the scientist standing near Emily interrupted her. "Alright everyone! Listen up! Nobody move!" One scientist was holding a clawed, white, scaled hand to an unconscious Emily's throat. The rest of his body seemed completely normal. The six people that had been patching up Emily backed away. "Good, good. Now, here's what you're going to do. The five of you will go up the stairs and leave. Then run as far away as possible, and evacuate this little town. Get them to another room, anything. I don't care. Ronald, Debra, this young woman, and the two newcomers will stay here. Understand?" Five of the six scientist standing near Emily fled up the stairs. Eddy's voice could be heard, but he was too far away from Jesper and William for them to make out what he was saying. For a solid minute, nobody moved. "Now, Ronald, you and Debra are going to open each and every one one of these cages and let all of the small dragons out. Then I'll leave. And once I leave, then you can feel free to try and avoid being gobbled up by the dragons. Of course, I could just open them all now and kill you, but I wanted to give you a fair chance."
