Oh boy, Photography club. "You're just a regular Peter Parker now, aren't you?" I'd figure that that'd be a typical insult to those who are trying to press others down when they see people sharing their pictures. 

Charlotte's not really big on taking a whole bunch of extra clubs, but she might take shop if it were available, and probably has fit HomeEc into her schedule for all four years she's been there.

Journalism? I'm sure that when the academy was first built, people were worried about Tony Stark taking their children and turning them into weapons or whatever. With heroes as the staff teaching powered kids, villainy is all but invited, putting more stress on the academy as a safe place to train these people. I'd think that those with more passive powers would get into journalism, to spread the news of danger and do all they can since their own powers might not help in the battle.
