Though he was successful, the war was largely lost at sea, and by the end he was left frustrated and angered. He'd go on to the Iberian Peninsula to loot and conquer tribal peoples there, to gather what he needed for a new conflict with Rome - but before going, he had his child, Hannibal, swear under fire that she'd never be a friend to Rome. Many years later - after her father died to save Hannibal and her brother, entrusting them with his dream of revenge - due to rising tensions between the two peoples and one special event, war erupted once more between the two Empires, with young Hannibal in charge of the Carthaginian army. Doing the impossible, she crossed the Alps whilst mounted on an elephant named Surus, gaining the rivalry of a Roman general called Publius Cornelius Scipio and his young son at the time, of the same name. Her battles at the Italian Peninsula are legendary, noteworthy for her unusual tactics and the constant baiting of the enemy, razing the countryside and decimating the Roman army whilst often outnumbered and without a steady supply line. After several years of fighting and the loss of her right eye and her brother, Hannibal finally stood within sight of Rome, waiting for the capital to accept her terms for its surrender. Unknown to her, however, the son of Scipio, soon to be known as Scipio Africanus, would defeat his brother Hasdrubal in Spain and push Carthage out of the Iberian Peninsula. Later, Romans would use sneaky tactics to slaughter Hasdrubal in the north of Italy, and Scipio would decimate the Carthaginian army in Africa, forcing Hannibal to be recalled. All those years of effort for nothing - forced to leave Italy behind, Hannibal lost the battle against Scipio Africanus, and after a short period in politics, where she showed to be as good a statesman as a soldier, Hannibal was forced into exile by Rome. For the rest of her life she'd aid courts around the world, specially those fighting against the Roman Empire, yet would always be betrayed when they were defeated and Rome asked these courts to deliver Hannibal to them. At some point she'd once more meet Scipio Africanus, in less hostile terms this time. Their conversation entered the annals of history, notable for her backhanded compliment of Africanus - Hannibal commented that she placed herself only below Alexander the Great and Pyrrhus of Epyrus as a general. When asked by Scipio where she'd place herself if not defeated by him, Hannibal detected his jealousy and said that in that case, that she'd have placed herself above Alexander. Hannibal would later commit suicide, killing herself with poison kept in her ring, after being backstabbed by the King of Bythinia. Those a woman in life, she is remembered in history as a man. She believe that the reason for this is Rome's alteration of history. 'To the victor go the spoils' and the politicians and generals of Rome would be to shameful to admit that their greatest adversary was a woman. She claims that the only man who knew her gender and didn't dismiss her was Scipio, who she thinks of as both a friend and rival. Personality: At first glance Rider can appear to be an unmotivated and disinterested individual, showing a general lethargy unfitting of a military general known for her countless victories and daring conquests in the ancient world. However, those are the very reason for why she has this disposition; the boredom of competing against those lesser than herself on the field of battle. She has not become so apathetic and indolent because of relentless conflict, but because of how effortlessly those conflicts were claimed as her own victories through her superior intellect and strategy. In this sense, it is extremely difficult to motivate Rider to take any measure of active participation in anything, because she has already seen herself as having overcome the competition. Due to this, many mistake it for an astounding sense of arrogance, when in reality it is simple her having perpetually low expectations for all opposition. Naturally, she is an extremely direct and candid individual despite her natural cunning on the battlefield. She holds zero regards for personal boundaries, emotional barriers or situational circumstance. This could be considered an aftereffect of her own inability to show or possess any form of personal weakness, as she finds boldness to be the primary characteristic of a general. There are, however, an exceedingly few individuals that can ignite Rider's passionate and charismatic nature that made her her famous as one of the greatest generals in history. During these moments, her outgoing and uninhibited nature can be fully observed as she acknowledges the validity of her beloved enemy, becoming overly exuberant and galvanized with the invigorating thought of confronting an actual challenge that she knows for certain won't be an utter disappointment. The effects of these rare moments can leave Rider ebullient and enlivened, allowing her to display her more easygoing, carefree and prideful side that makes her identity undoubtedly that of the legendary general. It would be as if she had become an entirely different person, a transformation springing forth from the cocoon of dissatisfaction into an anxiously excited warrior intent on enjoying that which she had been constantly denied; a challenge. Class Skills: Riding: The expertise to ride animals and vehicles.

A+: Creatures of the level of Phantasmal Beast and Divine Beast can be used as mounts. However, this does not apply to members of Dragon Kind. As a general of antiquity, Rider often found herself in a saddle of one form or another to observe and participate in the battlefield, and is an extremely accomplished cavalryman in her own right. However, Rider's expertise at riding does not spawn from horse, but from the mighty elephants that were employed in her army.
Magic Resistance: Grants protection against magical effects. Differently from the Resistance effect that merely rejects Magical Energy, this ability cancels the spells altogether.

D: A skill granted by inhabiting the Rider-Class. Rider hasn't had any real contests against magical abilities, and has even even been subjected to the illusions of a Divine Beast. As such, her rank in this skill is low.
Personal Skills: Charisma: The natural talent to command an army. Increases the ability of allies during group battles. A rare talent, and an ability inherent to Servants of the Saver class. It is said that a rank of B in this skill is sufficient to lead a nation as its King.

A+: At this point it is no longer popularity, but rather a kind of spell (curse) in itself. Rider was an individual with charisma superior to even that of Iskander. She was the one who united tribes, enemies, nations and castaways to pursue a single, common goal under her command. It was she who created one of the greatest armies of the World from sheer charismatic influence, drawing upon countless conflicting elements and natural opposites to form a single, cohesive conglomerate than made even Rome itself shake and tremble. It is an understatement to say she is a uniter of people, and more apt to say that she is a voice that people cannot refuse.
Military Tactics: Tactical knowledge used not for one-on-one combat situations, but for battles where many are mobilized. Bonus modifiers are provided during use of one's own Anti-Army Noble Phantasm or when dealing against an enemy Anti-Army Noble Phantasm.

A: Two stats of Rider's choosing gain a single + modifier when facing an Anti-Army Noble Phantasm, or using one's own Anti-Army Noble Phantasm. Hailed as the Father of Strategy and a master of warfare, Rider's military prowess is known throughout the World and she is said to be one of the greatest generals in history. She is famed for her unique, bold and unsuspecting strategies and unnatural cunning during the Second and Third Punic Wars, which brought about the demise of countless Roman legions, and made the empire of Rome itself tremble.
Eye of the Mind(True): A heightened capacity for observation, refined through experience.

A: Allows for calm analysis of battle conditions by which a competent grasp of the status of self and the opponent are obtainable even in the midst of danger, enabling a calm analysis to deduce an appropriate course of action after instantly considering all possibilities to escape from a predicament. So long as there is even a 1% chance of a comeback, this ability greatly improves the chances of winning. Penalties from visual and auditory obstructions are halved. Destined to become a veteran soldier and esteemed general that would contest they very Capital of the World from the time of her birth, Rider is a perceptive and attentive individual with an innate ability for tactical evaluation, strategical planning and pragmatic ingenuity that is further accentuated with absurd levels of insight and observational capabilities. A warrior of greatness, she developed this skill to the pinnacle of it's potential, and it often clashed with Scipio Africanus' divinely instilled precognitive instincts, rivaling divine insight with natural pedigree.
Oath of Hatred: A skill representing Rider's Oath of Hatred that she swore against Rome and the Roman Empire.

A: All parameters are temporarily allotted an additional modifier when combating Heroic Spirits with a connection to Rome.
Noble Phantasms: Surus: The One-Tusked Beast of Bloody Carthage Type: Anti-Army Rank: B+ Range: 10 Number of Targets: 1-100
The last remaining elephant of Carthage and Hannibal's personal mount upon which she crossed the Alps, Surus is a large African elephant with an insane weight of weight of fifteen-thousands pounds and an unnatural height of fourteen-feet. He can easily be described as an embodiment of stalwart dedication and resilience; a towering hulk of power and endurance that makes the very ground and atmosphere quake with it's approach. A collection of eternal, eternal scars taint it's dark, leathery hide of solid and worn grey, which is partially concealed by the tattered crimson cloak draped upon and worn about it's back. A traditional howdah is placed above it, serving as a sitting chamber and observational post for it's Rider. He only possesses a single, massive tusk tapered to a wicked point, with the other having been removed during battle at some point in the past, which is more than lethal and is capable of wounding and killing even Servants. Possessing an unadulterated presence, Surus demonstrates A-ranked physical parameters befitting it's behemoth size, though in terms of it's agility, the rank represents its forward charging movement capabilities. This means that he is capable of effortlessly decimating solid steel, reinforced concrete, and even an entire formation with a flick of it's muscled trunk, which creates noticeable shockwaves from the displacement of the atmosphere that is generated with it's powerful, whip-like motions. Surus can even alter and change entire landscapes with it's accelerated charges that create substantial earthquakes with it's movements, trampling through any and all obstacles - natural or otherwise - in its path with absolute confidence and unstoppable physical power. Naturally he gains an additional advantage against Heroic Spirits who cowered against or were massacred by elephants in their lifetime. Given Surus' uncanny resilience and indescribable endurance that allowed it to cross the Alps without succumbing to fatigue and death like many others of it's kin, and accompanying Rider into countless battlefields, it possesses the ability to ignore even grievous wounds. Akin to A-Rank Battle Continuation, Surus can remain materialized and engage in combat for a short while even after receiving a decisively fatal wound, making the beast extremely difficult to bring down. However, it should be noted that its Prana consumption is particularly harsh. Indeed, only a first-rate Master would be capable of properly utilizing this Noble Phantasm. Rider is only capable of utilising Surus' full capability for a maximum of three turns by herself.
Hannibal Ad Portas: Carthage's Eternal March Against The Gates of Rome Type: Anti-Army Rank: A+ Range: 1-1000 Number of Targets: 1-1000
The greatest Noble Phantasm possessed by Rider, representing her eternal promise to forever oppose Rome, her tempestuous conquest the Empire, and the shared desire of her entire military as a single entity to fulfill that ambition. It is the legendary force that made the Roman Empire tremble with a perpetual trepidation by it's determined approach that was engraved upon the history of the world by overcoming every obstacle intending to impede it's progress by the capabilities of it's insurmountable general. Upon invoking the name of this Noble Phantasm, a blizzard emerges to obscure the horizon in a gelid veil behind Rider, consuming the landscape as the very ground begins to quake with sudden apprehension; tremoring as the Carthaginian Army marches forth from beyond the boundaries of the Time Axis. They defy the corrective impulses of the very world itself despite not possessing external protection from it, as they rally only by the impetus of Rider's charismatic skills as a general and the loyalty she instilled within them. They appear from the whiteout, numbering the twenty-thousand infantry and four-thousand cavalry elites that survived the perilous journey across the Alpines; the resilient and dedicated, loyal and unwavering. The image of the proud and hardened warriors dressed in Carthaginian armor, unperturbed by the journey, brandishing the swords, spears and shields of their era, appearing as though they are descending from the snow-capped peaks once more with their stalwart resolve. However, they cannot be classified as Heroic Spirits, for they have all rejected the World's offer to become apart of the Throne of Heroes, refusing to depart without first fulfilling their purpose. In this sense, they have since ceased to exist within the World. These entities are nothing akin to wraiths or Servants, but are distortions formed within the very timeline that allow them to manifest and march alongside her, tethered to the charismatic legend of their general rather than being their own independent entities. They are her army, her unrelenting weapon to wield as she sees fit; to lead them towards their desired battlefields that can only she can reach, and they live again upon her command regardless of what the World dictates. All of them possess the equivalent parameters of an E-Ranked Servant. In addition, all of them also boast the skill C-Rank Battle Continuation, reflecting their legendary capability to survive crossing the Alps when thousands of their hardened comrades succumbed to death. They each maintain a sense of autonomy that resembles living beings due to their own desires assisting in their manifestation, despite themselves being hollowed shells filled with only loyalty and desire for battle. Despite their minor independence, however, Rider is their undisputed general and her commands are irrefutable. The directive they receive are followed instantaneously, without hesitation or incentive, making immediate maneuvers a trademark of the elite units comprising this massive army. The cost of his Noble Phantasm is truly astounding, and even under a first-rate Master Rider is forced to hold herself back. Though she can reduce the cost by merely summoning small units rather than the full force, completely activation would most certainly drain her of her Prana completely, leaving her vulnerable. If forced to supply the cost by herself, the army could only stay materialised for a handful of minutes.
